Data Deletion

How to Delete Your Data

Who this page is for

You can remove Campaign Portal’s access to your ad accounts at any time, and ask us to delete the data we hold about you. This page explains both. It applies to Campaign Portal users, businesses that have connected Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok or LinkedIn accounts, and anyone else whose personal information 360 IDEAS holds.

There are two steps, and you can do either or both:

  1. Disconnect Campaign Portal from your ad accounts. This stops any new data being collected.
  2. Request deletion of the data we already hold.

Disconnecting alone does not delete data already stored. To remove it, complete Option 2.

Option 1: Disconnect Campaign Portal from your ad accounts

In Campaign Portal (account Owners): log in at camp.3sixtyideas.com, go to Settings > Connected platforms, and click Disconnect next to each platform. Syncing stops immediately.

From the platform itself (anyone with admin rights on the ad account):

Platform Where to remove Campaign Portal
Facebook and Instagram (Meta) On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Campaign Portal and click Remove. For business assets, you can also go to Meta Business Settings > Integrations > Connected apps and remove Campaign Portal.
Google Ads Go to your Google Account at myaccount.google.com, open Security > Your connections to third-party apps & services, select Campaign Portal and remove access.
TikTok In TikTok Business Center or TikTok Ads Manager, open account or business settings, find authorised or connected apps, and remove Campaign Portal.
LinkedIn Go to Settings & Privacy > Data privacy > Other applications > Permitted services, find Campaign Portal and click Remove.

Removing access on the platform has the same effect as disconnecting in Campaign Portal: we can no longer read new data from that account.

Option 2: Request deletion of your data

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include:

  • Your full name and the email address linked to your Campaign Portal account or your dealings with us.
  • Your business name, if the request covers a whole client account.
  • What you want deleted: your personal user account only, your whole business account, or data from a specific connected platform.

For a whole business account, the request must come from the account Owner’s email address, so we can confirm you have authority.

You can copy this message:

If you are a team member on a client’s account, deleting your user account does not delete the client’s business data. The account Owner controls that.

If you are a customer of one of our clients

When we run campaigns for a business, that business controls its customers’ data. If you submitted information through a client’s ad, lead form, page, or livestream, please contact that business first. If you contact us, we will pass your request to them and help them respond.
